I am grateful to serve again as the Coordinator of Division 7. My involvement in our group goes back to the inception of the Special Interest Divisions Program. I served on one of the first Steering Committees (SCs; 1991–1993) and was the second Division Coordinator (1993–1995). Since that time, I've seen a tremendous growth in the program. Our division in particular has developed clearer goals and has worked hard in representing the needs of our affiliates before the Board of Division Coordinators and within ASHA.
